Cold Caller/Business Development Associate (Commercial Janitorial Services)
A Certified Minority Woman Business Enterprise with nearly 30 years in the commercial janitorial industry is seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Business Development Associate to help grow our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys starting conversations, and has a talent for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses utilizing our sales software platform to introduce KG Facility Solutions and generate interest in our services.
- Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Represent KG Facility Solutions professionally and communicate our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Networking skills to engage with local businesses and associations.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the commercial janitorial or facility services industry is a plus but not required.
- Some marketing skills are a plus, but are not required.
