We are seeking a motivated 1099 Independent Contract Lead Generation Representative to help grow our commercial janitorial services business. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at outbound outreach, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
Role Overview
You will focus on identifying and contacting potential commercial clients to set qualified walkthrough appointments for our ownership team. We handle all presentations, proposals, and closing—you focus on generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research commercial prospects (property managers, facility managers, business owners)
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email
- Introduce services and generate interest
- Qualify leads and set walkthrough appointments
- Track activity in CRM or lead system
- Meet consistent outreach and appointment goals
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor role
- 5% commission on annual contract value
- Example: $50,000 contract = $2,500 commission
- Paid after contract execution and first payment (Net 30)
- Uncapped earning potential

- B2B sales or lead generation experience preferred
