We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager with proven commercial cleaning experience who can lead teams in the field, enforce high standards, solve problems quickly, and drive operational performance across multiple accounts.
This is not a desk-only management role. We need a leader who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing commercial cleaning operations in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across multiple commercial cleaning accounts.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
- Hold field teams accountable for attendance, performance, and service standards.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Train and support cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Build strong client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
- Monitor staffing, workflow efficiency, and overall service performance.
- Support operational improvements and maintain company standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on operations management experience in commercial cleaning REQUIRED.
- Proven experience managing commercial cleaning crews in the field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning management software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record REQUIRED.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $60,000–$65,000 annually.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
