We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Quality Assurance Inspector to monitor the cleanliness and appearance of assigned outdoor areas. This position requires extensive walking and working outdoors. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, and takes pride in identifying issues others may overlook.

Key Responsibilities:

Walk extensively throughout assigned outdoor areas, platforms, walkways, and surrounding spaces to inspect custodial work.
Identify graffiti, litter, debris, spills, and areas requiring additional cleaning.
Verify that assigned areas meet established cleanliness standards.
Notify the appropriate personnel of deficiencies and follow up to ensure they are addressed.
Document and report recurring issues or areas needing improvement.
Take initiative and go above and beyond to keep outdoor areas clean, presentable, and well maintained.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to navigate outdoor platforms, walkways, and surrounding areas.
Ability to bend, reach, and crouch to inspect areas requiring attention.
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow.
Ability to perform occasional physical tasks as needed.
