We are seeking a highly accountable, detail-driven Quality Assurance Manager to oversee service quality, operational compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple commercial cleaning accounts.
This role is responsible for identifying operational deficiencies, driving corrective action, and ensuring sustained performance improvement across all assigned facilities. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, leads through accountability, and is committed to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections across client facilities.
- Perform detailed audits using quality assurance inspection software.
- Ensure compliance with contract scope, safety requirements, and company standards.
- Identify service deficiencies and escalate operational issues with urgency.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans with Operations leadership.
- Ensure corrective actions are completed, verified, and sustained.
- Partner with Operations Managers to resolve recurring performance issues.
- Conduct client performance reviews and address service concerns.
- Respond to client complaints with urgency and documented follow-through.
- Provide hands-on coaching, training, and retraining in the field.
- Support onboarding and training of supervisors and cleaning personnel.
- Prepare inspection reports and performance documentation for leadership.
- Track quality trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Support special projects including floor care, post-construction, and specialty services.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of commercial janitorial operations, supervision, or QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and equipment.
- Proven ability to identify and correct operational deficiencies.
- Experience managing multiple commercial accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
- Required Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Background Check Required.
