Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of our commercial janitorial services. This role is primarily responsible for generating new business by proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer accounts within commercial facilities. The ideal candidate is confident in outreach, skilled at building relationships, and driven to close new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial facilities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits to generate new leads.
- Perform facility walkthroughs to assess client needs and develop customized janitorial service proposals.
- Present service solutions and pricing to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and secure new service contracts.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field required.
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with prospecting and developing new client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
