We are looking for a hands on supervisor to lead and support our janitorial team. This supervisory role combines leadership with active participation in cleaning duties to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dependable individual with strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. The hands on supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality service by supervising staff, managing shift activities, and serving as the key point of contact between frontline team members and upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee janitorial staff during assigned shifts.
Actively participate in cleaning tasks to support the team and uphold quality standards.
Monitor productivity and ensure all tasks are completed according to company procedures and customer expectations.
Communicate effectively with both team members and management.
Address issues as they arise, including staffing concerns, inventory supply needs, and service disruptions.
Maintain compliance with safety policies and operational procedures.
Complete shift reports, inspection checklists, and incident documentation as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in janitorial services with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Ability to lead by example and work alongside team members.
Excellent communication, written and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
