THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL SALES JOB.
We are not looking for someone to “see cleaning contracts”.
We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of our growth, build a sales engine, and help scale a 30+ year-long company to the next level.

Responsibilities:
You will take full ownership of:
- Driving new revenue growth.
- Building and managing a sales team.
- Creating and executing marketing strategies.
- Positioning KGFS to wind large commercial contracts (40K -1M+sf ft).
This is a hands-on leadership role-you will both sell and lead.
Qualifications (Required):
- Proven track record closing large commercial deals.
- Experience building or managing a sales team.
- Strong ability to generate your own pipeline.
- Confident communicator who can lead and influence.
- High level of accountability and ownership mentality.
- Ability to think strategically AND execute aggressively.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or B2B services.
- History of growing revenue significantly in past roles.
- Strong network with property managers/facility decision makers.
- Experience implementing sales systems and processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $90K - $120K depending on experience.
- Base + bonus achieving company sales goals.
