We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee and assist with daily cleaning operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a janitorial team while actively participating in cleaning tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the facility.

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee and assist with daily cleaning operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a janitorial team while actively participating in cleaning tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise janitorial staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage.
- Assign tasks and create schedules to meet facility needs.
- Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Follow and enforce safety guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate with management regarding staff performance and operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial services and team supervision preferred.
- Must have excellent internal and external customer service.
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in maintenance work.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, standing, and bending.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
